Well, here's the fine print. Every business has them.....

Cancellation Policy:

Should you need to cancel your pet's grooming appointment for any reason, please give me at least a 24 hour notice. Any missed appointments or cancellations made without a 24 hour notice will be subject to a $45.00 fee. Should you desire to re-schedule, this fee will be due at the time of the next scheduled appointment. 

 

***Please be on time and preferably a little early to your appointment. Arriving 15 minutes or later past your scheduled appointment time will result in having to cancel the appointment and be subject to adhering to the cancelation policy; should you decide to reschedule.

Returned Check Policy:

Any checks that are returned by your bank for insufficient funds will be subject to a $25.00 return fee in addition to the amount owed for grooming services. This is to cover the fee my bank charges for returned checks.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

I am in this business to make pets and their owners happy. Although I pride myself in my grooming technique, I am still human and sometimes misunderstand specific style requests. My definition of "medium length" or "puppy cut" might be your definition of "too short" or "summer cut" and vice versa.  
 

For any reason you are not happy with your pets' groom/style, please let me know within 24 hours after picking up your pet from my salon. 24 hours after your pets' groom should be more than enough time to determine whether or not the trim and style is to your satisfaction. Within that 24 hour timeframe, your pet's coat is still relatively clean and fluffed up enough to provide any extra shaving or trimming without it looking choppy and dulling my scissors and blades.

 

I will be more than happy to schedule a time the very next day for you to bring your pet back in. This does NOT include giving them another bath, blow-dry and groom. So if your pet rolls around in the mud right after being groomed, that my dear friend has nothing to do with my services.

 

So......whether it's wanting the hair on their ears a little shorter or a little more shaving around their rear, I will make the time to see that you are happy.
